Logistics Policy

1. Delivery Range

Our logistics and delivery services mainly cover North America. However, certain remote areas within this region may be subject to delivery restrictions or may incur additional delivery fees. Specific details will be provided during the ordering process.

2. Delivery Methods

  1. Standard Delivery: We offer standard and delivery services. Orders will typically be processed and shipped within five business days after confirmation. The delivery time usually ranges from five to fifteen days, depending on the specific destination within North America.
  2. Express Delivery (if available): For customers who require urgent delivery, we provide an express delivery option. Express orders will be prioritized and shipped within one day after confirmation. This significantly reduces the delivery time compared to standard delivery. An additional fee will be charged for this service.

3. Freight Calculation

  1. Free Delivery Threshold: We will provide free standard delivery. Please note that some special products or during certain promotional activities, there may be different rules regarding free delivery.
  2. For Orders Below the Free Delivery Threshold: Freight will be calculated based on either the weight or volume of the products, whichever results in a higher charge. 

4. Logistics Information Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing the tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's website. Through this link, you can track the real - time progress of your delivery.

5. Packaging

We use high - quality packaging materials to ensure the safety of the products during transportation. For fragile items, additional protective measures such as bubble wrap, foam inserts, or air - filled cushions are used.

6. Delivery and Signature

  1. Delivery Location: Goods will be delivered to the address provided during the ordering process. If there are any issues with the address or if the delivery personnel are unable to contact the recipient, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for a new delivery attempt. However, additional charges may apply.
  2. Signature Requirements: The recipient should carefully inspect the package upon delivery. If there are any signs of damage, such as tears, dents, or leakage, please refuse to accept the package and contact our customer service immediately. In case of damage discovered after signing, we will work with you to resolve the issue based on the specific circumstances, but our liability may be limited.

Return Freight Responsibility: If the return is initiated by the customer for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the product or incorrect size selection, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The return shipping cost calculation method is similar to the outbound shipping cost calculation method, with possible specific adjustments as per our policy.

8. International Logistics (if applicable for any cross - border within North America, e.g., between US and Canada)

  1. Customs and Taxes: For cross - border deliveries within North America, there may be customs duties, taxes, or other fees depending on local regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. We will assist by providing necessary documentation to facilitate the customs process, but we have no control over the customs decisions or the amount of fees.
  2. International Transportation Restrictions: Some products may be subject to restrictions for cross - border transportation within North America. This includes but is not limited to items that may be considered hazardous, restricted by local laws, or subject to specific import/export regulations. We ensure compliance with all relevant laws and will not ship any restricted items.
